The practice of mindfulness helps us to focus on and become engaged with the present moment. By orientating ourselves towards what can be accomplished right here, right now we can challenge notions of success and failure by developing routines and rituals that encourage us to work on what is immediately achievable.
This mindfulness writing course will look at the positive benefits of developing a regular writing practice through journalling, poetry, short fiction and seeing the extraordinary in the everyday.
